The most efficient investment is in people, not machines. Give them the
tools, the resources, and the training required to do their job. Clearly
communicate the tasks you expect them to perform and then presume they
will do those tasks. If you have accomplished this, you will eliminate the
expenses of auditing, review, inspection, and supervision.
