Social Media Influencer Shot Dead by Husband Over TikTok Video

Social media star, Eliane Ferreira Siolin, 35, was shot dead by her husband who then took his own life, according to multiple reports.

The couple had been arguing in front of their 6-year-old daughter over steamy content in a video Siolin had posted to TikTok when Alejandro Antonio Aguilera Cantallupi, 40, pulled out a gun and shot Siolin at least 14 times before turning it on himself, The Sun reported.

The incident took place during a family barbecue on their property in Ponta Pora, Brazil, on Sunday, New York Post noted. Police arrived at the scene to discover their bodies on the back porch.

Siolin's body had at least 14 bullet wounds. She also had a broken arm. Cantallupi's body was discovered with a single gunshot wound to the head. A gun, dozens of bullets, and as a spare magazine found lying near their bodies were retrieved from the murder-suicide scene.
Police said the couple often argued and that Siolin's social media posts were a sore point for Cantallupi. "Close friends said they fought a lot, even in public," said Officer Analu Ferraz.

They had reportedly been arguing over a video Siolin had shared to TikTok when Cantallupi shot her. Their daughter was taken in by relatives after the incident.

Siolin often posted short video clips of herself wearing revealing outfits to her TikTok page, which garnered over 58,000 followers. Her daughter appears in several of her videos. In other videos she is seen wearing lingerie and bikinis and spending time with her friends.
