In 2021, it was reported that DeSantis’ top donor invested in a monoclonal antibody treatment sold by Regeneron, which was then promoted by DeSantis.

DeSantis’ Real Record On Covid

On March 2, 2020, DeSantis issued an executive order directing state Surgeon General Scott Rivkees to declare a public health emergency in Florida due to Covid. 

On March 17, 2020, DeSantis issued an Executive Order that would reduce density and crowds in restaurants, bars, nightclubs and beaches. He also declared that Universities should switch to remote learning for the rest of the spring semester. 

On March 20, 2020, DeSantis closed restaurants and gyms. A few days later, DeSantis asked President Trump to declare Florida a major federal disaster area. 

DeSantis also ordered Floridians to quarantine for 14 days. DeSantis set up checkpoints to quarantine travelers who arrived in Florida. 

DeSantis kept open abortion clinics, despite attempts by pro-life groups to close them. 

DeSantis praised President Trump’s record in Florida during Covid stating that, “The president's been great for Florida.” 

In April 2020, DeSantis praised Trump’s efforts in helping him secure masks for residents of Florida. 

DeSantis touted President Trump’s federal loan program that helped support small business during the pandemic. 

He also praised President Trump as “outstanding” during the pandemic. 

On April 18, 2020, DeSantis ordered all schools to be closed for the remainder of the year. 

On April 25, 2020, DeSantis said he was in no rush to lift restrictions on Florida’s businesses. 

In June 2020, DeSantis urged Florida residents to wear masks while in public. 

In July 2020, DeSantis extended the state of emergency in Florida by an additional 60 days. 

In September 2020, DeSantis was seen wearing a mask outside while greeting President Trump at the airport in Florida. 

In October 2020, DeSantis praised President Trump for the federal government’s response to the pandemic. 

He also praised Trump’s response to Covid during an October rally in Tampa.

In Congress, DeSantis cosponsored the so-called “Fair Tax Act” three times—in 2013, in 2015, and in 2017— which called for a new 23% national sales tax.

The Tax Policy Center found that Ron DeSantis’ “Fair Tax Act,” would have raised taxes on working, middle-class families.

Under DeSantis’ plan, 90% of earners would see a tax hike.

DeSantis’ proposed “Fair Tax” would have added trillions to deficits over 10 years.

 

 

Ron DeSantis Voted To Outsource American Jobs

 

In 2014, DeSantis voted to block companies who wish to bring back American jobs from claiming a tax credit worth 20% of expenses related to moving back to the United States. 

That same year, DeSantis voted to allow companies that outsource American jobs to still receive lucrative government contracts. President Trump has promised to block any company which outsources jobs to China from receiving government contracts. 

In Congress, Ron DeSantis opposed President Trump’s America First trade agenda, which leveled the playing field for American workers and businesses and forced China to buy more American made goods.

 

DeSantis’ Disastrous Trade Record

In 2015, DeSantis voted to grant President Obama fast-track authority for trade bills submitted to congress, including TPP. 

In 2015, DeSantis voted against treating currency undervaluation as an illegal subsidy, which would have put China under direct scrutiny for currency manipulation. 

Unlike DeSantis, President Trump called out China for taking advantage of the United States through currency manipulation. 

In 2018, DeSantis claimed, “I’m not somebody that advocates tariffs.”

In 2014, DeSantis voted for legislation authorizing $70 million in aid to Ukraine. 

In 2015, DeSantis was critical of the Obama administration for not sending lethal aid to Ukraine. 

In March 2023, DeSantis characterized Russia’s war in Ukraine as a “territorial dispute,” but later clarified and called Putin a war criminal.

Under President Trump, he kept his promises to farmers in Iowa. This month, President Trump announced support from over 150 elected and grassroots leaders across all 99 counties in Iowa.

Under President Trump’s leadership he authorized ethanol producers to sell E15 year-round and allowed higher-ethanol gasoline to be distributed from existing pumps at filling stations. 

Sen. Grassley praised President Trump’s ethanol efforts stating, “We probably wouldn’t be where we are without Trump’s personal involvement in it.” 

President Trump also worked to allow E15 ethanol to be sold using E10 pumps.

In 2020, the Trump Administration announced the investment of over $9.3 million in grants to Iowa to increase ethanol and biodiesel sales.

As a result of the agreement President Trump negotiated, Japan agreed to over 90 percent of U.S. food and agricultural imports into Japan will either be duty free or receive preferential tariff access.

Thanks to President Trump’s strong trade policies, in 2020, China made its largest ever purchase of U.S. corn, valued at $325 million. 

President Trump rebuilt and invested in rural America. In 2019, President Trump signed an Executive Order on Modernizing the Regulatory Framework for Agricultural Biotechnology Products, which brought innovative new technologies to market in American farming and agriculture.

President Trump’s historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act protected family farmers from the estate tax. President Trump’s historic tax cuts, virtually repealed the death tax, allowing families to keep their farms without penalty.

In 2020, President Trump invested $86 million in rural broadband service in eight states including Iowa. President Trump also modernized the Department of Agriculture’s biotechnology regulations to put America in the lead to develop new technologies.

President Trump authorized $28 billion in aid for farmers who have been subjected to unfair trade practices – fully funded by the tariffs paid by China.

In 2018, President Trump signed a sweeping new Farm Bill into law, which provided support and stability to farmers, expanded crop insurance, and doubled how much farmers can borrow.

President Trump stood up for America’s farmers by negotiating fairer, freer, and more reciprocal trade deals that removed barriers and opened markets for American farmers.

In 2020, President Trump signed the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) into law. Under the agreement, Canada agreed to expand market access for American dairy, egg, and poultry producers.

In addition, President Trump, successfully negotiated more than 50 agreements with countries around the world to increase foreign market access and boost exports of American agriculture products, supporting more than 1 million American jobs.

A DAY-ONE EXECUTIVE ORDER TO SHUT OFF A MAGNET FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: 

- On Day One, President Trump will sign an Executive Order to stop federal agencies from granting automatic U.S. citizenship to the children of illegal aliens. 

- It will explain the clear meaning of the 14th Amendment, that U.S. Citizenship extends only to those both born in AND “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States. 

- It will make clear that going forward, the children of illegal aliens will not be granted automatic citizenship, and should not be issued passports, Social Security numbers, or be eligible for certain taxpayer funded welfare benefits. 

- It will direct federal agencies to require that at least one parent be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident for their future children to become automatic U.S. citizens. 

- This Executive Order ending automatic citizenship for the children of illegal aliens will eliminate a major incentive for illegal immigration, discourage future waves of illegal immigration to exploit this misapplication of citizenship, and encourage illegal aliens in the U.S. to return home. 

- The Executive Order will also stop “Birth Tourism.” 

- Through “Birth Tourism,” tens of thousands of foreign nationals fraudulently enter the U.S. each year during the final weeks of their pregnancies for the sole purpose of obtaining U.S. citizenship for their child. 

- Under the current erroneous interpretation, the children of these foreign nationals are then eligible to receive a host of government benefits reserved for U.S. citizens, including a myriad of welfare programs and taxpayer funded healthcare, as well as chain migration and the right to vote. 

- The Executive Order is part of a larger strategy to fully secure the Southern Border starting on Day One. It will remove a major incentive for illegal aliens and other foreign nationals to come to and remain in the United States in violation of our laws and National sovereignty.

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S EXECUTIVE ORDER WILL FINALLY ENSURE THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NO LONGER ADHERES TO A PATENTLY INCORRECT INTERPRETATION OF THE 14TH AMENDMENT: 

- Constitutional scholars have shown for decades that granting automatic citizenship to the children of illegal aliens born in the United States is based on a patently incorrect interpretation of the 14th Amendment. 

- The 14th Amendment extends federal citizenship to “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” 

- The purpose of the 14th Amendment had nothing to do with the citizenship of immigrants, let alone the citizenship of the children of illegal aliens. Its purpose was to extend citizenship to people newly freed from slavery, whose status was left in question after the infamous case Dred Scott v. Sandford. 

- The framers of the 14th Amendment made clear that “persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens [or] who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers” are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. 

- For years, open-borders proponents have deliberately misinterpreted “subject to the jurisdiction” in the 14th Amendment to mean merely subject to American law, which is the case for anyone physically present in the United States. 

- This twisting of the amendment's meaning and intent has caused America to become one of the few countries in the world to extend citizenship to the children of illegal aliens even if both parents are not citizens nor even legally present in the United States, thus diluting the privileges that Americans are entitled to.

 

BIDEN’S OPEN BORDER POLICY IS A NATIONAL SECURITY, ECONOMIC, AND HUMANITARIAN DISASTER:

- A record number of illegal aliens crossed the southern border in both 2021 and 2022. In the official numbers alone, there have been over 6.6 million illegal crossings since Biden took office—but the true numbers are much higher. 

- Biden has deliberately made his border disaster worse by abolishing Title 42 this month, allowing for an additional 400,000 illegal aliens from all corners of the globe to pour across our border each month.

- This invasion is wasting our resources, lowering our citizens’ wages, poisoning our communities with lethal drugs, and threatening our national security.

- Illegal immigration reduces American workers’ wages by $99 to $118 billion each year, with the burden falling most heavily on low-wage workers. 

- Thousands of pounds of deadly drugs are pouring across our borders, poisoning over 100,000 of our citizens each year. Fueled in large part by Biden’s border disaster, fentanyl poisoning has become the leading cause of death for Americans between the ages of 18 and 45. 

- Nearly 100 known or suspected terrorists were arrested at the border last year—more than three times the total for the previous five years combined. Border arrests of illegal alien murderers increased by over 1,900% and arrests of illegal alien drug traffickers increased by 480% since 2020. 

- Biden’s open border policy has also created a humanitarian crisis, with migrant deaths reaching a record high last year and human smuggling arrests up 82% since 2014. 

 

TRANSCRIPT

Joe Biden has launched an illegal foreign invasion of our country allowing a record number of illegal aliens to storm across our borders. From all over the world, they came. Under Biden's current policies even though these millions of illegal border crossers have entered the country unlawfully, all of their future children will become automatic U.S. citizens. Can you imagine? 

They'll be eligible for welfare, taxpayer-funded healthcare, the right to vote, chain migration, and countless other government benefits, many of which will also profit the illegal alien parents. This policy is a reward for breaking the laws of the United States and is obviously a magnet, helping draw the flood of illegals across our borders. 

They come by the millions and millions and millions. They come from mental institutions, they come from jails-- prisoners, some of the toughest, meanest people you'll ever see. The United States is among the only countries in the world that says that even if neither parent is a citizen nor even lawfully in the country, their future children are automatic citizens the moment the parents trespass onto our soil. As has been laid out by many scholars, this current policy is based on a historical myth, and a willful misinterpretation of the law by the open borders advocates. There aren't that many of them around. 

It's an amazing. Who wants this? Who wants to have prisoners coming into our country? Who wants to have people who are very sick coming into our country? People from mental institutions coming into our country? And come they will, they're coming by the thousands, by the tens of thousands. 

As part of my plan to secure the border on Day One of my new term in office, I will sign an executive order making clear to federal agencies that under the correct interpretation of the law, going forward, the future children of illegal aliens will not receive automatic U.S. citizenship. It's things like this that bring millions of people to our country, and they enter our country illegally. My policy will choke off a major incentive for continued illegal immigration, deter more migrants from coming, and encourage many of the aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully let into our country to go back to their home countries. 

They must go back. Nobody could afford this. Nobody could do this. And even morally it's so wrong. My order will also end their unfair practice known as birth tourism, where hundreds of thousands of people from all over the planet squat in hotels for their last few weeks of pregnancy to illegitimately and illegally obtain US citizenship for the child, often to later exploit chain migration to jump the line and get green cards for themselves and their family members. 

It's a practice that's so horrible, and so egregious, but we let it go forward. At least one parent will have to be a citizen or a legal resident in order to qualify. We will secure our borders and we will restore our sovereignty. Starting on Day One, our country will be great again. Our country will be a country again. We'll have borders, we'll have proper education, and we'll put America First.

As you gather with family and friends this weekend, everything is more expensive, a lot more expensive actually, because of Joe Biden's reckless policies that have caused soaring energy costs and currency inflation like our country hasn't seen for over 50 years. 

This Memorial Day gas prices are up 48% since Joe took office—that's right, 48%. Food prices are up 18%. Airline prices are up 41%. Taxes are higher than ever. Interest rates for mortgages and car loans have put the American Dream out of reach for countless millions of families. 

Meanwhile, in the Joe Biden economy, real wages are down 25 months in a row. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. In fact, it's the longest streak on record. The typical American family this Memorial Day weekend has lost an average of nearly $7,000 a year in purchasing power because of Joe Biden's failed presidency. You could take the worst five presidents in history, and they haven't done the damage that Joe Biden has done, just add them up. 

But help is on the way. On Day One, I will begin to reverse the disastrous effects of Biden's inflation and rebuild the greatest economy in the history of the world, which is what we had. I will unleash energy independence and we will bring the price of gasoline down immediately by ending Biden's foolish war on American energy. They don't want to drill. They don't want to get that liquid gold—we have more than anybody, but we're gonna get it. We're gonna bring those prices way down. 

This will also put immediate downward pressure on food prices and the cost of living. By Memorial Day 2025, our country will be roaring back. We'll be well on our way to greatness like our country has never seen before. We were doing it and then it got stopped by some horrible policies. We have horrible, horrible policies. They all happen so quickly. 

Not only will we be energy independent, but we will soon be energy dominant. We'll be making so much money, so much, that we'll be reducing debt and lowering your taxes. We're doing so many different things. Our country will be great again, I promise.

DeSantis Is Lying About His Vote And Fervent Support For The 2018 Goodlatte Bill. 

On June 21, 2018, then-Congressman DeSantis voted in favor of H.R. 4760, the “Securing America's Future Act of 2018” bill that was sponsored by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte. 

After President Trump kept his promise to repeal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), the most conservative members of Congress proposed H.R. 4760 to leverage the expiration of Barack Obama’s unlawful executive amnesty program to force Democrats to effectively repeal Ted Kennedy’s 1965 Immigration Act. 

The 2018 Goodlatte bill would have given status to certain minors in exchange for ending chain migration forever and terminating the vote machine that the globalists used to turn the United States into a Democrat stronghold. The legislation was rejected by the Democrat Congress. 

On June 14, 2018, DeSantis enthusiastically proclaimed on Fox News: “The Goodlatte bill has what we campaigned on. The Goodlatte bill and chain migration…We need to defund sanctuary cities. We need E-Verify. We need to end chain migration, get rid of the diversity visa lottery…Make people go on record for that.” 

DeSantis Voted Against The Second, Near-Identical Version Only After President Trump Said Immigration Reform Would Not Clear The 60-Vote Threshold In The Senate. 

On June 21, 2018, President Trump tweeted, “You cannot pass legislation on immigration whether it be for safety and security or any other reason including “heart,” without getting Dem votes. Problem is, they don’t care about security and R’s do. Zero Dems voted to support the Goodlatte Bill. They won’t vote for anything!” 

On June 30, 2018, President Trump tweeted, “I never pushed the Republicans in the House to vote for the Immigration Bill, either GOODLATTE 1 or 2, because it could never have gotten enough Democrats as long as there is the 60 vote threshold. I released many prior to the vote knowing we need more Republicans to win in Nov.” 

DeSantis Now Calls The DACA Bill That He Voted For A “Pittance” After Saying “It Did Everything We've Promised”. 

On June 23, 2018, DeSantis effusively praised the legislation: “We voted on a bill which is exactly what President Trump promised and what most of us who ran promised. It got 193 votes. No Democrat voted for it. We had 40 Republicans vote against it. It was the only bill I have seen since I had been in Congress that would actually solve the problem of illegal immigration. It authorized Trump's wall. It had e-verify so that you have to check to make sure people are legally here. It defunded sanctuary cities. It changed these asylum laws which are inviting a lot of the stuff we're seeing at the border now… It ended chain migration. It ended the diversity lottery. It did everything we've promised, and yet you couldn't even get all the Republicans to stand with President Trump and pass that.” 

DeSantis Is Shamelessly Copying President Trump’s Incredibly Successful America First Immigration And Border Security Agenda. 

President Trump implemented ‘Remain in Mexico,’ which DeSantis cited last night as his own top immigration priority. 

President Trump built over 400 miles of the world’s most robust and advanced border wall, which DeSantis claims as his own border security initiative. 

President Trump ended the dangerous policy of “catch-and-release,” which allowed illegal aliens to be released into the United States, often never to be seen again. DeSantis recently piggybacked off President Trump’s bold nationwide policy. 

Under President Trump, the United States entered a historic partnership with the Mexican government to deploy tens of thousands of Mexican soldiers to secure their side of the border. Additionally, President Trump ordered nearly 5,000 troops to the southern border. DeSantis, again, is taking cues from President Trump, but is instead making Floridians foot the bill.

DeSantis has voted not to protect Medicare and Social Security for seniors. 

As a congressman, DeSantis voted to raise the eligibility age to 70 to receive full Social Security benefits—in 2013, in 2014, and in 2015. 

Before DeSantis was even elected to Congress, he said it was “necessary to make reforms” to Social Security. 

On DeSantis’ first day in Congress, he called “to restructure some of these entitlements,” such as Social Security.

In 2015, DeSantis voted to eliminate The Renewable Fuel Standard as part of the FY 2016 Budget.

In 2017, DeSantis co-sponsored legislation that would have immediately ended the Renewable Fuel Standard, a mandate that requires renewable fuel to be blended into the nation's fuel supply.

“The federal mandate applies to multiple categories of biofuels, but it's main requirements are met by corn starch ethanol.”

 

President Trump’s Accomplishments

Under President Trump’s leadership he authorized ethanol producers to sell E15 year-round and allowed higher-ethanol gasoline to be distributed from existing pumps at filling stations.

Sen. Grassley praised President Trump’s ethanol efforts stating, “We probably wouldn’t be where we are without Trump’s personal involvement in it.”

President Trump also worked to allow E15 ethanol to be sold using E10 pumps.

In 2020, the Trump Administration announced the investment of over $9.3 million in grants to Iowa to increase ethanol and biodiesel sales.

As a result of the agreement President Trump negotiated, Japan agreed to over 90 percent of U.S. food and agricultural imports into Japan will either be duty free or receive preferential tariff access.

Thanks to President Trump’s strong trade policies, in 2020, China made its largest ever purchase of U.S. corn, valued at $325 million.

President Trump rebuilt and invested in rural America. In 2019, President Trump signed an Executive Order on Modernizing the Regulatory Framework for Agricultural Biotechnology Products, which brought innovative new technologies to market in American farming and agriculture.

Brazil agreed to raise its quotas for purchases of United States ethanol.

 

President Trump’s Future Plans On Ethanol

President Trump will rapidly restore American Energy Independence, and Energy dominance, with Iowa ethanol at the center of the action.

President Trump has promised to both increase Ethanol production in our own country and export ethanol all over the world.

Just as he did for four straight years, President Trump will protect Iowa Ethanol from anyone who wishes to destroy it.

DeSantis praised President Trump in 2017 for his efforts in Israel: “President Trump is doing what his recent predecessors have promised but failed to deliver: formal recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, to be followed by relocation of the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem!” 

In 2018, DeSantis praised President Trump’s strong leadership on the world stage. 

DeSantis in June 2018: “I am absolutely honored to receive the FULL ENDORSEMENT of President Donald Trump. He has thrown his support behind me, because he knows I’ll fight to keep Florida the best state in the nation when I’m your Governor!” He also said he was proud to be endorsed by President Trump and Bikers for Trump. 

In July 2018, DeSantis tweeted that he was “incredibly thankful for the Trump Family.” This tweet has now been deleted. 

In August 2018, DeSantis bragged about receiving President Trump’s endorsement: “It’s Primary Election Day! Make sure you get out and vote for the ONLY candidate for Governor endorsed by President Trump—Ron DeSantis!” 

DeSantis called it a “treat” to have President Trump in Florida for a rally in Fort Myers. 

In 2019, DeSantis praised President Trump’s Hurricane relief efforts: “Florida is fortunate to have such a strong ally in the White House. Thank you Mr. President, for supporting the Florida Panhandle!” 

DeSantis has touted President Trump’s record as “promises made, promises kept.” Adding that, “President Trump restored our economy, brought jobs back to the U.S., strengthened our national security, and supported our veterans and first responders. #SOTU.” 

During DeSantis’ 2018 primary debate, DeSantis called President Trump a “master negotiator.” 

DeSantis on President Trump’s trade policies: “Well, I tell you, I MEAN I think I've been surprised at some of the success he’s gotten.” 

DeSantis has also touted President Trump in his own campaign ads.

 

DeSantis’ 2018 Race For Governor Was An Epic Failure Before President Trump Saved Him And Lifted Him To Victory. President Trump Is A Proven Winner And Will Do It Again In 2024.

In 2018, DeSantis was on track to lose the Republican nomination for governor to Adam Putnam. Putnam had a commanding lead ahead of DeSantis as early as June 2018. 

It was not until President Trump endorsed DeSantis that he took a lead in the Florida governor primary race. 

In August 2018, DeSantis defeated Putnam for the Republican nomination thanks to President Trump’s endorsement. 

In the general election for the Florida governor’s race against Andrew Gillum, DeSantis trailed by as many as 6 points to Gillum. 

Once again, DeSantis rode the endorsement of President Trump to help push him across the finish line.

 

President Trump Will Win Again In 2024

According to a survey, conducted May 12-15, President Trump remains the only GOP candidate who can beat Joe Biden in a general election. 

President Trump has opened a clear 7-Point Lead over Biden in the 2024 race in the latest ABC/WaPo poll. 

The latest Emerson Poll shows President Trump is also getting a strong backing from women.

Ron DeSantis Voted To Outsource American Jobs 

In 2014, DeSantis voted to block companies who wish to bring back American jobs from claiming a tax credit worth 20% of expenses related to moving back to the United States. 

That same year, DeSantis voted to allow companies that outsource American jobs to still receive lucrative government contracts. President Trump has promised to block any company which outsources jobs to Chinafrom receiving government contracts. 

In Congress, Ron DeSantis opposed President Trump’s America First trade agenda, which leveled the playing field for American workers and businesses and forced China to buy more American made goods.

 

DeSantis’ Disastrous Trade Record 

In 2015, DeSantis voted to grant President Obama fast-track authority for trade bills submitted to congress, including TPP. 

In 2015, DeSantis voted against treating currency undervaluation as an illegal subsidy, which would have put China under direct scrutiny for currency manipulation. 

Unlike DeSantis, President Trump called out China for taking advantage of the United States through currency manipulation. 

In 2018, DeSantis claimed, “I’m not somebody that advocates tariffs.” 

DeSantis Has Made It Clear That He Won’t Protect The United States On The World Stage. 

In 2014, DeSantis voted for legislation authorizing $70 million in aid to Ukraine. 

In 2015, DeSantis was critical of the Obama administration for not sending lethal aid to Ukraine. 

In March 2023, DeSantis characterized Russia’s war in Ukraine as a “territorial dispute,” but later clarified and called Putin a war criminal.

 

President Trump Kept His Promises In Iowa And Delivered For Farmers 

Under President Trump, he kept his promises to farmers in Iowa. This month, President Trump announced support from over 150 elected and grassroots leaders across all 99 counties in Iowa.

Under President Trump’s leadership he authorized ethanol producers to sell E15 year-round and allowed higher-ethanol gasoline to be distributed from existing pumps at filling stations. 

Sen. Grassley praised President Trump’s ethanol efforts stating, “We probably wouldn’t be where we are without Trump’s personal involvement in it.” 

President Trump also worked to allow E15 ethanol to be sold using E10 pumps. 

In 2020, the Trump Administration announced the investment of over $9.3 million in grants to Iowa to increase ethanol and biodiesel sales. 

As a result of the agreement President Trump negotiated, Japan agreed to over 90 percent of U.S. food and agricultural imports into Japan will either be duty free or receive preferential tariff access. 

Thanks to President Trump’s strong trade policies, in 2020, China made its largest ever purchase of U.S. corn, valued at $325 million. 

President Trump rebuilt and invested in rural America. In 2019, President Trump signed an Executive Order on Modernizing the Regulatory Framework for Agricultural Biotechnology Products, which brought innovative new technologies to market in American farming and agriculture. 

President Trump’s historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act protected family farmers from the estate tax. President Trump’s historic tax cuts, virtually repealed the death tax, allowing families to keep their farms without penalty. 

In 2020, President Trump invested $86 million in rural broadband service in eight states including Iowa. President Trump also modernized the Department of Agriculture’s biotechnology regulations to put America in the lead to develop new technologies. 

President Trump authorized $28 billion in aid for farmers who have been subjected to unfair trade practices – fully funded by the tariffs paid by China.

In 2018, President Trump signed a sweeping new Farm Bill into law, which provided support and stability to farmers, expanded crop insurance, and doubled how much farmers can borrow. 

President Trump stood up for America’s farmers by negotiating fairer, freer, and more reciprocal trade deals that removed barriers and opened markets for American farmers. 

In 2020, President Trump signed the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) into law. Under the agreement, Canada agreed to expand market access for American dairy, egg, and poultry producers.

Mar-a-Lago, FL— Today, Ron DeSantis single-handedly lost the State of Florida nearly $1 billion in investment and over 2,000 jobs—with an average salary of $120,000—because he was too weak to fight for his state. 

Ron DeSantis’ failed war on Disney has done little for his limping shadow campaign, and now is doing even less for Florida’s economy.

Mar-a-Lago, FL— President Donald J. Trump slammed Joe Biden’s erasure of America’s borders as Title 42 is set to expire tonight, which will lead to an unprecedented surge of illegals crossing into the United States. 

“With today's termination of the final remnants of Title 42, Joe Biden has officially abolished what remained of America's borders and turned the United States into a dumping ground for illegal aliens from all over the world,” President Trump said. “On day one of my new administration, I will end this travesty and restore the sovereign borders of the United States of America. We will immediately resume expedited removals of people that are crossing illegally, our border.” 

As an estimated tens of thousands of foreign nationals from across the world begin to amass on America’s southern border, Joe Biden will soon turn the United States into a third world country.

President Trump promised to take swift action to restore America’s sovereignty, including the use all necessary federal, state, local and military resources to begin the largest domestic deportation effort in American history. 

The U.S. Border Patrol has reported three times as many illegal border crossings under Joe Biden than took place under President Trump. The Biden administration continues to break records for historic illegal border crossings, with over 6.3 million illegal crossings since taking office, more than the populations of Los Angeles and Houston combined. 

On Joe Biden’s watch, record amounts of deadly fentanyl have entered the country through ports of entry and illegal border crossings. 

Last year alone, agents seized enough fentanyl to kill 379 million people—more than the entire population of the United States. 

President Trump has pledged to shut down Biden’s border disaster. He will again end catch-and-release, restore Remain in Mexico, and eliminate asylum fraud. 

President Trump’s plan to secure the border includes a commitment to declare war and defeat the cartels, just as he did with ISIS. 

In addition to restoring strong border security, President Trump will deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy to impose a full naval embargo on the cartels.

President Donald J. Trump rebuilt America’s military, increased readiness, and destroyed our nation’s enemies. Joe Biden has weakened America’s national security, emboldened our adversaries, and betrayed our allies.

Biden presided over a tragic and embarrassing military withdrawal in Afghanistan, which took the lives of 13 U.S. servicemembers. Joe Biden left 10,000 to 15,000 Americans behind in Afghanistan.[1] 

Biden’s reckless withdrawal resulted in the Taliban effectively controlling all of Afghanistan, dramatically more territory than they did on Sept. 11, 2001.[2] 

The Biden administration left over $7 billion in military equipment behind, including 78 aircraft worth $923.3 million, 9,524 air-to-ground munitions, over 40,000 military vehicles, 300,000 weapons, and 17,500 “pieces of explosive detection, electronic countermeasure, disposal and personal protective equipment.[3] 

Just months after Biden’s calamitous Afghanistan disaster, Russia invaded Ukraine. In 2022 alone, U.S. military aid to Ukraine reached over $50 million.[4] As a result of never-ending military aid to Ukraine, the U.S. stock of Javelin anti-tank missiles and Stinger anti-aircraft missiles have been depleted by a third.[5] By issuing over $100 billion in aid without asking President Zelensky for a realistic timeline, Biden is prolonging and escalating this conflict as it reaches its first anniversary with tens of thousands of people killed.[6][7][8] 

This month, the Biden Administration announced another $1.2 billion for weapons in Ukraine.[9] In addition, leaked Pentagon documents revealed that Ukraine may run out of Air Defenses by May 2023.[10] 

The Biden Department of Defense has been more focused on liberal indoctrination than military preparedness and warfighting. Amid revelations that the Biden Department of Defense’s woke, diversity chief made public comments condemning “white folks,” DOD leadership did nothing to address the racist statements.[11] 

According to a December 2022 poll of U.S. servicemembers, 68% reported witnessing politicization in the military.[12] Meanwhile, 80% reported a decrease in trust in the U.S. military because of the push to allow unrestricted service by transgender individuals.[13] 

Joe Biden has overseen a severe recruitment crisis in the U.S. military, forcing the U.S. Navy to lower recruiting standards.[14] Joe Biden fired more than 5,000 servicemembers for noncompliance with his COVID-19 vaccine mandate.[15] 

Joe Biden’s soft on China policies, have invited increased aggression towards Taiwan and the United States. 

Joe Biden allowed a Chinese spy balloon to violate American airspace for at least seven days, allowing the surveillance craft to observe critical national security infrastructure, including U.S. intercontinental ballistic missile fields.[16] Military exercises suggest China is getting ready to launch a war against Taiwan.[17] 

The Biden administration also prioritized radical climate change policy over the human rights abuses of China’s genocidal regime.[18] 

Biden has cowered to NATO, as the U.S. continues to unilaterally fund the organization. The Biden administration has ignored the fact that many NATO countries including Germany, Italy, and Spain will not fulfill their financial obligations—and show no plan to do so in the future—instead simply passing their tab on to the American taxpayers.[19] 

Biden has emboldened America’s adversaries around the globe. Opposing sanctions against the Nord Stream 2 pipeline and observing Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, Biden has strengthened Russia’s hand in Europe.[20] 

Biden has lifted restrictions on Cuba’s communist regime[21] and has begun easing sanctions on Venezuela’s socialist government to ease gas prices that spiked because of Biden’s radical energy policies.[22]

President Trump revitalized our defense industrial base, secured the largest pay raise for our troops in a decade, and created the sixth branch of our Armed Forces: the United States Space Force.[23] 

President Trump also became the first American leader since Ronald Reagan not to start a war.[24] 

President Trump completely rebuilt the United States military with over $2.2 trillion in defense spending, including $738 billion for 2020.[25] 

The Trump administration secured three pay raises for our service members and their families, including the largest raise in a decade.[26] 

President Trump upgraded our cyber defenses by elevating the Cyber Command into a major warfighting command and reducing burdensome procedural restrictions on cyber operations.[27]

In four years, President Trump defeated 100% of ISIS’ territorial caliphate in Iraq and Syria.[28] As a result, nearly 8 million civilians were freed from ISIS’ bloodthirsty control, and liberated Mosul, Raqqa, and the final ISIS foothold of Baghuz.[29] 

On orders from President Trump, the U.S. military killed the leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi,[30] and eliminated the world’s top terrorist, Qasem Soleimani.[31] 

President Trump twice took decisive military action against the Assad regime in Syria for the barbaric use of chemical weapons against innocent civilians, including a successful 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles strike.[32] 

President Trump negotiated an extended ceasefire with Turkey in northeast Syria.[33] 

The Trump administration created the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center (TFTC) in partnership between the United States and its Gulf partners to combat extremist ideology and threats, and target terrorist financial networks, including over 60 terrorist individuals and entities spanning the globe.[34] 

The Trump administration completed several multi-year nuclear material removal campaigns, securing over 1,000 kilograms of highly enriched uranium and significantly reducing global nuclear threats.[35]

As a result of his bold diplomacy and principled realism, President Trump brought Peace to the Middle East by brokering four Middle East peace deals, collectively called the Abraham Accords, and our NATO allies agreed to pay $400 billion more in defense spending.[37]

In his first year in office, Biden passed nearly 90 executive orders undoing successful Trump border and immigration policies.[5] Since, Joe Biden has encouraged unending migration. 

On January 5, Biden announced unilateral executive mass amnesty and work permits for 30,000 new illegals every month before they even reach our borders[6]—allowing migrants to apply for entry from a mobile app. 

As a result, foreign nationals from around the world and deadly drugs continue to flow across the southern border. In Joe Biden’s America, 300 people are poisoned with fentanyl each day.[7] 2,848 pounds of deadly fentanyl and 13,639 pounds of methamphetamine were seized at the southern border in March 2023 alone.[8] 

On Joe Biden’s watch, record amounts of deadly fentanyl have entered the country through ports of entry and illegal border crossings. In FY 2022, CBP and Border Patrol agents seized over 14,104 pounds of deadly fentanyl.[9] 

For the first time in the history of the United States, our nation surpassed 100,000 overdoses in a 12-month period. Of those 100,000 overdose fatalities reported from April 2020 to April 2021, over 64,000 deaths were due to fentanyl — a synthetic opioid that is 80 to 100 times stronger than morphine.[10] 

Amid the record numbers of illegal border crossings, the Biden administration plans to repeal Title 42, which immigration officials have used 2.5 million times at the southern border to expel migrants to Mexico or their home countries.[11] 

The Biden administration immediately revived the “catch-and-release” policy, sparking a surge in illegal border crossings since Biden has taken office.[12]

Under Biden, the average cost for residential heating oil hit $4.56 per gallon, an increase of 95% since taking office.[6] Natural gas prices have risen 28%, and electricity prices have climbed 10% from last winter.[7] 

On Biden’s first day in office, he killed the Keystone XL pipeline, crippling the American energy sector. 

Not long after, the Biden was forced to beg OPEC to increase oil production to combat the historic costs. 

Biden’s own party is getting tired of his lack of energy production. Sen. Joe Manchin ripped the administration for ignoring federal law that requires fossil fuel and critical mineral development.[8] 

In March 2023, the Biden administration announced that it is blocking 16 million acres of federal land and water in Alaska from future fossil fuel drilling.[9] 

The Trump Administration led the United States to become the number one producer of oil in the world while maintaining America’s position as the number one natural gas producer.

The Trump administration cut energy regulations that lowered energy costs and unlocked new investments for American energy producers and consumers.[13] As a result, the average American family saved $2,500 a year in lower electric bills.[14] 

President Trump approved the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, opening federal lands and offshore areas for responsible oil and gas production, and ending the unfair and costly Paris Climate Accord.[15] 

In 2019, America achieved the largest decline in carbon emissions of any country on Earth. Since withdrawing from the Paris Climate Accord, the United States has reduced carbon emissions more than any nation.[16] 

While unleashing the full power of America’s energy sector, the Trump administration Recovered more endangered or threatened species than any other administration in its first term.[17] 

President Trump’s America First energy policies not only saved Americans money, but it also strengthened our national security and made the world a safer place. As American energy broke new barriers, OPEC and Russia cut their own energy production by nearly 10 million barrels per day, stabilizing global oil markets.[18]

A record number of Americans say they are worse off financially since Biden became president.[11] 

Rather than rebuild the Trump economy that Joe Biden destroyed, Democrats simply paid Americans to notwork. Millions of capable workers were making more money from government handouts than they were making from working at their job.[12] 

The average American family has lost $7,100 in purchasing power under Biden due to inflation and high interest rates.[13]

President Trump created 7 million new jobs—triple the projections. These new high-paying jobs led to the lowest unemployment rate in nearly 50 years.[16] Income rose in every single metropolitan area for the first time in three decades.  

Unemployment rates for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those without a high school diploma all reached record lows.[17] 

President Trump reformed the tax code to better serve middle-class families. The Trump administration doubled the standard deduction, making the first $24,000 a married couple earns completely tax-free.[18] 

President Trump’s economic policies lifted nearly 7 million people off of food stamps.[19] 

The Trump administration achieved record stock market numbers and record 401ks. Under President Trump, the DOW closed above 20,000 for the first time in 2017 and topped 30,000 in 2020. The S&P 500 and NASDAQ repeatedly notched record highs.[20] 

President Trump’s tariffs on imported aluminum and steel secured massive wage hikes for over 16,000 American steelworkers.[21]

Recent national polling gives President Trump his widest margin yet over Ron DeSantis, trouncing DeSantis by 36 and 34 points according to CBS News and Morning Consult. Emerson finds Trump beating DeSantis 62% to 16%, a 16-point swing towards Trump since February. Fox News shows Trump dominating DeSantis by 32 percent.  In the general election, Rasmussen shows President Trump with a commanding 7-point lead over Joe Biden — 48 to 41 percent and the most recent Harvard/Harris Poll has President Trump besting Joe Biden by 5. 

Why should this trend be troubling for Team DeSantis and his affiliated Super PACs? 

Because since April 11th -  Never Back Down -  the primary DeSantis Super PAC has spent: 

- Over $1 million on TV in Iowa

- Nearly $1 million on TV in New Hampshire

- Over $1.3 million on TV in South Carolina

- Over $500,000 on TV in Nevada

- Over $3.5 million on a national network cable buy

In total, Never Back Down has spent more than $7.2 million in TV ads over the last three weeks. 

The $7.2 million doesn’t include thousands of pieces of voter contact mail, sent to GOP primary voters in multiple states – including an 8 page “novel” — where the postage costs alone are hundreds of thousands of dollars! 

The PAC has sent thousands of texts, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in digital advertising in just a few states as well as ordering campaign swag that could fill the vacuum of leadership the Governor left in Florida while campaigning (horribly) overseas in Europe.  

So, stated directly, what you are witnessing is a fleecing on an epic scale. Tens of millions of donor dollars spent, while poll numbers… drop.

President Trump has called on Congress to immediately choke off and terminate all funding for catch and release, and pledged to immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens, once back in the White House. 

President Trump secured America’s southern border and will wage war on the deadly cartels once he returns to the Oval Office. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has handed over complete control of the U.S. southern border to the dangerous cartels and put American communities on the frontline. 

The U.S. Border Patrol has reported three times as many illegal border crossings under Joe Biden than took place under President Trump. The Biden administration continues to break records for historic illegal border crossings, with over 5.5 million illegal border crossings since taking office. 

On average, more than 200,000 illegal immigrants—equivalent to the population of Salt Lake City—are crossing our border every single month. 

In his first year in office, Biden signed nearly 90 executive orders undoing successful Trump border and immigration policies. Since, Joe Biden has encouraged unending migration. On January 5, Biden announced unilateral executive mass amnesty and work permits for 30,000 new illegals every month before they even reach our borders—allowing migrants to apply for entry from a mobile app. 

As a result, foreign nationals from around the world and deadly drugs continue to flow across the southern border. In Joe Biden’s America, 300 people are poisoned with fentanyl each day. 

On Joe Biden’s watch, record amounts of deadly fentanyl have entered the country through ports of entry and illegal border crossings. Last year alone, agents seized enough fentanyl to kill 379 million people—more than the entire population of the United States. 

The Biden administration immediately revived the “catch-and-release” policy, sparking a surge in illegal border crossings since Biden has taken office. 

Now, amid record numbers of illegal border crossings, the Biden administration plans to repeal Title 42, which immigration officials have used more than 2.5 million times at the southern border to expel migrants to Mexico or their home countries. 

At least 98 known or suspected terrorists attempted to cross the southern border in 2022—a figure that doesn’t include any “gotaways.” Last year, federal agents uncovered a plot by a known ISIS-affiliated immigrant to smuggle four Iraqi nationals across the open border. 

While the Northern Triangle nations—comprised of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras—have continued to violate America’s sovereignty, Biden’s border czar Kamala Harris has provided the Northern Triangle with record foreign aid. 

Since Joe Biden took office, convicted-criminal-alien encounters—including rapes, murders, and assaults—have increased by 466% in the United States. 

To conceal the true cost of the border crisis, the Biden administration has recruited NGOs to settle illegal aliens in states across the country, in exchange for federal grants worth over $137 million.

 

President Trump secured our southern border and honored the U.S. Border Patrol.

President Trump built over 400 miles of the world’s most robust and advanced border wall, resulting in an 87% reduction in illegal border crossings where the wall stands. 

The Trump administration fully enforced America’s immigration laws with the Department of Justice prosecuting a record number of immigration-related cases. 

President Trump ended the dangerous policy of “catch-and-release,” which allowed illegal aliens to be released into the United States, often never to be seen again. 

To combat asylum claim abuse and backlog for authentic asylum claims, the Trump administration trained frontline Border Patrol agents to assist USCIS perform credible fear screenings for illegal border crossers. 

Under President Trump, the United States entered a historic partnership with the Mexican government to deploy tens of thousands of Mexican soldiers to secure their side of the border. Additionally, President Trump ordered nearly 5,000 troops to the southern border. 

President Trump has pledged to shut down Biden’s border disaster. He will again end catch-and-release, restore Remain in Mexico, and eliminate asylum fraud. 

President Trump’s plan to secure the border includes a commitment to declare war and defeat the cartels, just as President Trump did with ISIS. 

In addition to restoring strong border security, President Trump will deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy to impose a full naval embargo on the cartels. 

President Trump has also committed to direct the Department of Defense to make appropriate use of special forces, cyber warfare, and other overt and covert actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations. 

President Trump has pledged to designate the dangerous cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, to curb their access to global financial systems. 

Additionally, President Trump has vowed to form an unprecedented partnership with neighboring governments in our region to defeat these cartels. President Trump is prepared to take every action, including exposing every bribe, payoff, and corruption that is allowing the cartels to continue their brutal reign. 

President Trump will also work with Congress to pass legislation that ensures drug smugglers and human traffickers receive the death penalty.

They are unchecked, nobody has any idea where they come from. They don't know if they're healthy, if they're sick, if they're insane, or if they're coming from prisons. Already, tens of thousands of illegal aliens have massed on the Mexican side of the border. They're getting ready to storm across the moment Title 42, which is so important, is officially gone. 

Can you believe they’re getting rid of it? 

And when that happens, countless more will charge in from all over the world. They're coming from all over the world. And some of the states like California saying, “come in and we give you free health care, free education.” People hear that from other countries. They say, “well, that sounds good to me.” And they're making a mass charge toward our border. It's absolute lunacy. 

It will be a mass resettlement of millions and millions of illegal aliens into your communities. And the invasion will be aided, abetted, and facilitated by the Biden administration every step of the way. Every path they take will be made easier by Biden. Congress should move immediately to choke off and terminate all funding for catch and release. 

We should ban Joe Biden and the Communists and the administration from using a single federal taxpayer dollar to set loose illegal aliens into the United States. Now is the time we have to fight to make sure our country survives because our country cannot take two more years of this invasion. 

And when I take the oath of office on January 20, 2025, we will immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully allowed to break into our country.

President Trump has pledged to fire the radical Left accreditors that have allowed our colleges to become dominated by Marxist Maniacs and lunatics. 

He will impose real standards on American colleges and universities, to include defending the American tradition and Western civilization, protecting free speech, eliminating wasteful administrative positions that drive up costs, removing all DEI bureaucrats, offering options for accelerated and low-cost degrees, providing meaningful job placement and career services, and implementing college entrance and exit exams to prove that students are getting their money's worth. 

Once back in the White House, President Trump will direct the Department of Justice to pursue federal civil rights cases against schools that continue to engage in racial discrimination and will advance a measure to have schools that continue these illegal and unjust policies fined up to the entire amount of their endowment.

We will then accept applications for new accreditors who will impose real standards on colleges once again and once and for all. 

These standards will include defending the American tradition and Western civilization, protecting free speech, eliminating wasteful administrative positions that drive up costs incredibly, removing all Marxist diversity, equity, and inclusion bureaucrats, offering options for accelerated and low-cost degrees, providing meaningful job placement and career services, and implementing college entrance and exit exams to prove that students are actually learning and getting their money's worth. 

Furthermore, I will direct the Department of Justice to pursue federal civil rights cases against schools that continue to engage in racial discrimination. A portion of the seized funds will then be used as restitution for victims of these illegal and unjust policies, policies that hurt our country so badly. Colleges have gotten hundreds of billions of dollars from hard-working taxpayers and now we are going to get this anti-American insanity out of our institutions once and for all.
