Thank you very much. This is eight days that we've all been sitting in this courthouse. This is all a Biden indictment. It's in order to try and win an election, political opponent, and nothing like this has ever happened. Eight days. 

As you know, the economy is falling apart now. Now, you're seeing it. Very little growth; it's going to get worse. Oil prices are going up. And you have the college campuses all over closed down. Our country's going to hell. And we sit here day after day after day, which is their plan. They think they might be able to eek out an election, but I doubt it because the poll numbers are very good for us. 

I just want to say that I've invited Biden to debate. He can do it anytime he wants, including tonight. I'm ready. Here we are. I invited him to the courthouse that he has tied up in, his administration. This is all being done for Washington. It's all a well-coordinated attack on a political opponent. But I'm here; I'm ready, willing, and able. And if he wants I'll do it on Monday night, Tuesday night or Wednesday night, we'll be in Michigan, a state that he's destroyed because of the auto industry. We're not going to have any jobs left in Michigan, no auto jobs left in Michigan, they're all going over to China and other places with his ridiculous EV mandate, electric vehicle mandate. 

But we're willing to do it Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Thursday night or Friday night on national television. We're ready. Just tell me where. We'll do it at the White House. That would be very comfortable, actually. But you tell me where. We're ready. He's obviously not showing up now. We heard nothing. But he said today that "Oh, I'd love to debate," but he won't debate. I don't think he'll debate maybe he will. Maybe, well I'm not sure he has a choice. But that's the story. So here we are. We're ready, willing, and able, and we don't see him, and I don't think he'll be here. But maybe next week he'll do it. I doubt it. But maybe next week. 

So I just want to thank everybody for being here. I know you have to suffer through this like everybody else. Nothing has come. This is a case that should have never been brought. Every legal scholar, every legal expert, Andy McCarthy, Jonathan, Andy. Every single one. Jonathan Turley came out with a scathing report on this trial today. Andy McCarthy scathing report. Mark Levin, can't believe this is happening in our country. There's no case here. There's no case whatsoever. It's a disgrace. And we have a conflicted judge and it shouldn't be happening, not in this country. Thank you very much.

Joe Biden has a problem. 

Well, he actually has several.  Let’s break them down because they serve as a good reminder of where this race for the Presidency really is — and where it’s likely to go. 

Joe Biden has a base problem.  No matter how hard the White House and its communications department, the Mainstream Media, try to make it seem otherwise. 

A Reuters/Ipsos poll found 1 in 4 Democrats don't plan to vote for the incumbent president. 

To state it simply, Democrats are not coming home as quickly or as fully as Joe Biden needs them to. 

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is gaining support within Black and Hispanic communities.  A New York Times/Siena College poll recently showed support for Biden had dropped 18 points with Black voters and 15 points with Latinos.  When asked who is better for the U.S. economy, Latinos prefer Trump (42%) over Biden (20%), according to a new Axios/Ipsos survey. 

President Trump is picking up support with younger voters at a level not seen before by a Republican.  The latest Marist College poll showed President Trump 2 points ahead among Millennial and Gen-Z voters.  The Times/Siena poll shows support for Biden had dropped 14 points with younger voters nationally. 

The latest national NBC News poll shows Biden and President Trump are essentially tied among independents and voters ages 18-34. 

This remarkable phenomenon is such a worry to the Biden campaign that they are spending millions on paid TV to shore up traditional Democrat constituencies in the battleground states.  We don’t hate it in the Trump campaign.  Biden’s approval rating has fallen to 35 percent in the new Quinnipiac survey.  Watching Joe Biden spend millions to stay just above the water line is proof of their situation.  And it’s crazy at this stage of the race.

Clearly, the $30 million that Biden spent in March made no impact.  President Trump maintains a 6-point lead across seven battleground states in the latest Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll.  President Trump is beating Biden in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, and dominating Biden in Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and North Carolina by even larger margins.  A Fox News survey shows Trump with a 3-point lead in Michigan. 

There is lots of dissension in the White House.  There is dissension on the issue of Biden’s handling of the situation in Israel — where the majority of Americans support Israel’s right to self-defense.  There are radical staffers who are pushing pro-Hamas positions and regularly engaging with those pushing anti-Semitic messaging in the United States and elsewhere around the world. 

There is dissension within the White House on the issue of the border — where for weeks, the Administration has been floating an “Executive Action” related to the invasion at our southern border.  Yet, the pro-open borders crowd within the White House continually kicks the can down the road.  So far, they are winning. 

Gas prices are rising:  The national average has reached $3.75 a gallon, the highest since October, and there is no indication that prices will drop.  Early Biden decisions have made it nearly impossible to keep gas prices from going up as Memorial Day and summer approach. 

Inflation is out of control:  According to Bank of America, the consumer price index is on track to hit 4.8% by November, and Fed Chair Jerome Powell has indicated no rate cuts are on the horizon.  This means the cost of food and energy will continue to rise, straining the budgets of working middle-class Americans.  A Blueprint survey shows two-thirds of voters are concerned Biden will “allow interest rates to stay high.”  Americans are clearly not fooled by Biden’s lie that inflation was “temporary” back in 2021. 

The War in the Middle East is expanding, with Iran now directly involved and mixed signals and weakness over and over from the Biden Administration. 

American troops are stranded in Niger because the Administration has failed to control Russian expansionism in Africa. 

The War in Ukraine is raging into a third year with no end in sight. 

China is becoming more aggressive in rhetoric and military behavior across Asia, according to the head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. 

College campuses across America are erupting with anti-Semitic protests — where trust-funded Ivy League students threaten Jewish students and chant anti-American and pro-terrorist slogans.  The Biden campaign seems more willing to appease than lead. 

The Biden Administration is proposing that millions of working middle-class taxpayers pay the college tuition of an entitled few majoring in ridiculous and impractical fields of study. 

Just this week, working Americans were thrilled to learn that the Trump tax cuts will not be renewed if Joe Biden is reelected, thus almost guaranteeing less money in their pockets.  You cannot make this up! 

With 1.6% GDP, far short of the 2.5% forecast, coupled with rising inflation — stagflation is a real possibility — no amount of deflection will change the fact that those suffering the most — middle class working Americans are looking for a new direction and believe that only President Donald Trump can fix the current economic crisis. 

The weakness displayed daily by Joe Biden is solidifying voter perceptions about his inability to handle a crisis, demonstrate competency, and reduce inflation.  These are key indicators that drive almost every election – and Biden has shown no ability to correct the course.  NBC News' latest poll shows voters trust President Trump over Joe Biden to fix these significant challenges.  New polling from Echelon Insights found 65 percent of swing voters described the Biden Administration as a failure, including a majority of Hispanic men, young voters (18-35), and married women. 

The American public sees the manifestation of Joe Biden’s weakness and his failure every day when they watch as Donald Trump is unconstitutionally gagged by a Judge who is a Biden-Harris donor and stuck in a New York kangaroo court while an elected Democrat District Attorney prosecutes a political witch hunt and case of election interference.  Rasmussen found that half of voters say it’s not likely Trump can get a fair trial in New York City. 

Will Joe Biden Debate?  That’s an issue that isn’t going away.  Donald Trump makes it clear whenever he is on stage that he will debate Joe Biden anytime, anywhere, and anyplace.  The Commission on Presidential Debates felt no need to respond to our campaign when we asked that they schedule earlier and additional debates so Americans can compare the two leading candidates for President.  Odd, don’t you think?  Maybe Biden is too afraid to be asked about the Biden Crime Family business.  After all, he did lie to voters during the final 2020 presidential debate when he said nobody in his family ever made money from China. 

Another problem not going away?  Kamala Harris. 

And last but not least — Joe Biden’s cognitive decline is getting worse.  A person does not need a medical degree to see it, and he is one fall away from political disaster. 

So when the Biden hacks start calling around selling process stories, personal attacks, and other lies — or abortion — (it’s all they “have”), remember, Joe Biden has more than one problem he needs to address.

From the very moment he arrived in the Oval Office, Crooked Joe Biden has actively engineered the worst border crisis in the history of our country. In his first 100 days alone, he issued a staggering 94 executive orders overturning the border policies of the Trump Administration. As a result, more than nine million illegal aliens have invaded our southern border to prey on our people and endanger our communities. 

Now, in a desperate attempt to evade the massive political liabilities wrought by his open borders agenda, Biden is reportedly going to sign an executive order meant to “stem” the border crisis that he created. 

But instead of signing meaningless and purely symbolic executive orders that will do nothing to seal our border and protect our communities, what Joe Biden needs to do is put back in place the commonsense and successful border policies of the Trump Administration. 

Here are ten Trump policies that Joe Biden could re-adopt TODAY to begin to secure our border, protect our citizens, and restore the rule of law in America.

 

1.    END “CATCH AND RELEASE.” As part of a January 2017 executive order, President Trump ended the dangerous policy of “catch and release” for illegal aliens apprehended between the ports of entry, as well as those found inadmissible at ports of entry. The Trump Administration detained illegal aliens claiming asylum at the border and those apprehended by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in American communities. The ending of catch and release—combined with record level deportations—sent a strong deterrence message that illegal aliens should not take the journey north because they will not be allowed into American communities. 

2.    REIMPOSE “REMAIN IN MEXICO.” As part of that same 2017 executive order, President Trump revived a dormant statute that ordered the Secretary of Homeland Security to ensure that illegal aliens “are returned to the territory from which they came pending a formal removal proceeding.” Two years later, in 2019, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), better known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy, after President Trump struck a historic agreement with Mexico ensuring that illegal aliens claiming asylum must wait in Mexico until their immigration court date. Of the more than 71,000 illegal aliens returned to Mexico under MPP, less than 1% (641 aliens) were granted asylum by the end of President Trump’s first term. 

3.    DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS. During his first week in office, President Trump declared through executive order that all illegal aliens were a priority for removal, reversing the dangerous policy of the Obama-Biden administration that exempted most illegal aliens from deportation. As a result, ICE agents were empowered like never before and deported almost 1 million illegal aliens during President Trump’s first term. Removals increased each of President Trump’s first three years, from 226,119 illegal aliens deported in FY 2017 to 256,085 in FY 2018 to 267,258 in FY 2019. Even with the disruptions caused by COVID-19, ICE deported 185,884 illegal aliens in FY 2020—or at a rate 68% higher than the 59,011 illegal aliens removed by the Biden administration in FY 2021. Of the total removals, the Trump Administration deported 526,884 criminal aliens: 127,719 in FY 2017; 145,262 in FY 2018; 150,141 in FY 2019; and 103,762 in FY 2020. 

4.    REINSTATE TITLE 42. In March 2020, President Trump exercised previously unused authority found in Title 42 of the U.S. Code to require Border Patrol agents to immediately turn away or repatriate all aliens at the border who lack valid travel documents. President Trump’s use of Title 42 effectively sealed the border, denied illegal aliens the opportunity to exploit the asylum system, and apprehensions in April 2020 plummeted to 17,106—the lowest level ever recorded. From March through December 2020, illegal alien border apprehensions averaged around 47,000 per month compared to more than 200,000 illegal aliens per month under the Biden administration’s open borders, mass catch and release scheme. 

5.    USE TITLE 42 TO CRACK DOWN ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING. President Trump also used Title 42 policy to immediately turn away or repatriate unaccompanied illegal alien children. This policy effectively nullified the loophole in the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act that facilitated the trafficking and smuggling of illegal alien minors. President Trump also executed an agreement between DHS and the Department of Health and Human Services to share information on unaccompanied alien children and to obtain biometric and biographic data for sponsors, confirming familial relationships, and running criminal background checks on all adults residing in the sponsors home for the purpose of immigration and criminal enforcement— effectively ending the exploitative practice of migrant adults recycling children to create fraudulent families as a way to gain entry into the U.S. 

6.    CANCEL ILLEGAL ALIEN WORK PERMITS. In a stunning betrayal of American workers, Joe Biden has granted millions of work permits to illegal aliens—crushing wages for actual American citizens. This policy allows millions of illegal aliens to take any job, with no wage protections or preferences for American workers and American families—thus even further incentivizing illegal aliens to storm across our southern border. If Joe Biden truly cared about ending the border crisis and improving the livelihoods of American citizens, he would cancel his illegal alien work permits and restrict hiring to American citizens only. 

7.    SEND TROOPS TO BORDER. President Trump launched the historic Operation Secure Line, which deployed nearly 5,000 troops to the southern border to assist U.S. Customs and Border Protection personnel, including installing razor wire and concertina wire. The U.S. Department of Defense also surged equipment and logistical and medical support. This visionary decision to surge troops to the southern border enhanced the Border Patrol’s ability to impede or deny illegal crossings. 

8.    GET MEXICO TO HELP. The majority of illegal aliens attempting to cross the U.S. southern border first passed through Mexico—and with the permission of the Mexican government. In response, President Trump leveraged the threat of tariffs and other actions against Mexico if they did not act to secure their own southern border. Consequently, the Mexican government deployed tens of thousands of their own soldiers to secure their border and cut off the pipeline of illegal aliens from Northern Triangle countries. 

9.    LEVERAGE SAFE THIRD AGREEMENTS. The Immigration and Nationality Act dictates that an alien may not apply for asylum in the U.S. if the alien may be removed, under a “safe third country” agreement, to a country where the alien “would have access to a full and fair procedure for determining a claim to asylum or equivalent temporary protection.” Prior to the Trump Administration, the U.S. only entered into a safe third country agreement with Canada. But in his first term, President Trump entered into three historic safe third country agreements (Asylum Cooperative Agreements) with Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala to stop asylum fraud and disrupt the Mexican cartels and human trafficking networks. Under these agreements, aliens apprehended at the U.S. southern border from the Northern Triangle countries claiming asylum were presented with two options: abandon their fraudulent asylum claim and return home or be removed to one of the other Northern Triangle countries to seek humanitarian relief closer to home. 

10.FINISH THE WALL. President Trump built more than 450 miles of the most robust and advanced border walls ever constructed. As part of one of his administration’s earliest executive orders, President Trump directed the DHS to “take all appropriate steps to immediately plan, design, and construct a physical wall along the southern border, using appropriate materials and technology to most effectively achieve complete operational control of the southern border.” And when confronted with an obstructionist Congress that failed to appropriate funds necessary to continue building the wall, President Trump issued Presidential Proclamation 9844 declaring a national emergency to reprogram unused Department of Defense funds to construct the sophisticated and effective border wall system. As a result, illegal border crossings plummeted by 87% in the places the wall was built. President Trump had the plans, materials, and infrastructure in place for additional border wall system construction before the Biden administration canceled the contracts and let our southern border exposed to illegal aliens and drug traffickers.

President Trump met with Polish President Andrzej Duda tonight in New York. The two presidents, who are great friends, discussed President Duda’s proposal for NATO countries to go to 3% spending on their defense.

They also discussed the war between Russia and Ukraine, the conflict with Israel in the Middle East, and many other topics having to do with getting to world peace.

The meeting, which took place in President Trump’s apartment at Trump Tower, lasted for two and a half hours.

President Trump fondly recalled his landmark trip to Poland in 2017 and praised the Polish people for steadfast defense of their sovereignty and to their commitment to the security of Europe’s borders from any and all threats.

President Trump is a big fan of Poland and of the Polish people.

The term of ours that got everybody upset was ‘manipulation.’ There’s been no judgment based in the administration that there has been a manipulation because as you know that word triggers within trade agreements certain responses. But it is clear -- it is clear -- that there has been a policy on the part of the Chinese government that I would argue is inconsistent with their long-term economic well being of having a total export economy here and doing things that guarantee that, that promote that. Understand their problem. They’ve got to create 20 million new jobs a year to keep from falling behind, but it’s not sound world economic policy. Today, President Trump will be visiting the New York City bodega where Jose Alba, a New York bodega clerk, was robbed, attacked, and, ultimately, wrongfully accused of murder after being forced to defend his life. President Trump’s visit to one of New York City’s bodegas comes at a time when retail theft is skyrocketing and the New York City police force is on track to fall to its lowest numbers since the 1990s by 2025. Bodegas are a lifeline to underserved communities, and President Trump believes that only by undoing the Democrat party’s soft-on-crime policies can law and order be fully restored to every borough throughout New York City.

• In July 2022, Jose Alba, a bodega store clerk, was arrested for fatally stabbing a customer who was attempting to steal from his store. 

• On July 19, 2022, charges against Alba were dropped after he successfully proved to law enforcement that his actions were in self-defense.  

• Alba spent six days in Rikers before he was freed. 

• In 2023, Jose Alba sued New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his role in charging him with second-degree murder and setting bail at $500,000, despite lacking enough evidence.

 

Bodegas Are A Lifeline To Underserved Communities 

• Bodegas are the backbone of New York City, conveniently providing food and other items to customers of all backgrounds.  

• With long business hours, frequently 24 hours, bodegas often serve people working odd hours who may struggle to get to a larger grocery store during business hours.   

• Bodegas have helped hundreds of immigrants and their children become business owners and achieve the American Dream. 

• Bodegas have also been described as “the heart of the community” and serve as places for neighbors to connect daily. 

• Under Democrat policies, operating a bodega is becoming increasingly difficult. 

 

Bodegas Are Being Crushed By Democrat Policies 

• In 2023, New York imposed a $1 tax hike on cigarettes, making New York the most expensive place to buy cigarettes. 

• Rather than reduce smoking, the policy has hurt bodegas by spurring a rise in black market sales of cigarettes and taking away from their business. 

• In 2020, New York banned the use of plastic carryout bags at stores and restaurants. 

• Bodega owners opposed the ban, arguing that the ban would force them to use costlier bags and hurt their low-income customers. 

• The ban also came amid a nationwide paper bag shortage, creating a major inconvenience to bodega owners and their customers. 

 

Bidenflation Is Hitting Bodegas And Customers Hard

• Since Biden took office, prices have risen 19.4 percent 

• Eggs are up 49.3%; 

• Cereal and Bakery products are up 25.4%; 

• Carbonated Drinks, including Diet Cokes, are up 25.1%; 

• Sugars and Sweets are up 23.8%; 

• Tobacco products are up 23.6%; 

• Milk is up 15%.

 

• Once a place to purchase inexpensive food, inflation has hit bodegas hard. 

• Numerous bodegas have had to increase the price of the classic egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich known for its affordability amid high food inflation. 

• One bodega owner had an angry customer throw a ham sandwich at him after he was forced to increase the price of his sandwiches. 

• The same store owner reported that since raising prices some customers will simply take sandwiches without paying for them. 

• Another bodega manager had to raise prices on 90 percent of the store’s products to keep up with inflation. 

• Since bodegas are typically located in low-income communities, increased prices are hurting those least able to afford inflation. 

 

Surging Crime Is Wreaking Havoc On Bodegas 

• New York City, home to at least 13,000 bodegas, has failed to uphold public safety. 

• Amid a slew of budget cuts, the New York City police force is on track to fall to its lowest numbers since the 1990s by 2025.  

• Last year, the police department failed to recruit enough officers to replace a massive wave of resignations and retirements.  

• District Attorney Alvin Bragg has said he would reserve pretrial detention only for very serious crimes. 

• Braggs has said he supports community-based interventions for crimes such as petty theft, creating a serious problem for bodegas. 

• In 2022, Police Benevolent Association president Patrick Lynch said, “There are already too many people who believe that they can commit crimes, resist arrest, interfere with police officers and face zero consequences.” 

• In 2019, New York City ended bail for most crimes, making it easier for criminals to return to the streets. 

• In most cities, homicide rates remain higher than pre-pandemic levels. 

• Murders in New York City are up 23.1 percent from 2019 levels, while felony assault is up 35.4 percent.  

• Nationwide, the U.S. experienced near-record levels of auto theft. 

• Car thefts in New York City are up 194.5 percent from 2019. 

• Rampant crime is a threat to the life and safety of bodega workers.  

• In March 2023, a bodega store clerk was fatally shot by an armed robber.  

• In February 2024, a bodega store clerk in Brooklyn was killed after he refused to give a customer free cigarillos.  

• In February 2024, a thief stole $100,000 in cash out of a bodega’s private office.

• In March 2024, a serial robber in the Bronx stole over $1,000 in cash from a bodega he targeted repeatedly, going so far as to stab the store clerk.  

• In March 2024, a bodega worker in Harlem was stabbed after he confronted a group of teenagers stealing snacks.  

• Some owners have stopped even reporting thefts because they lack confidence in the criminal justice system.  

• Many bodegas owners have sought out guns and concealed carry permits to protect themselves and their stores from violent robbers.  

• In 2023, United Bodegas of America and Bodegas and Small Business Group helped over 230 bodega owners in New York City obtain concealed carry permits to protect themselves from violent crime.  

• One owner purchased a gun after thieves broke into the store through the roof and stole $3,000 while also destroying the registers and camera systems.  

• Frank Marte, president of the Bodega and Small Business group, said, “We are losing so much money on shoplifting and we don't have the support that we need. . We need more support from the NYPD, but since we are not getting that… we've been getting armed ourselves.” 

• But as bodega owners take matters into their own hands, some fear retaliation from the legal system that has failed to protect them.

They will make an arrest, but that person will usually get a desk-appearance ticket, and nothing will happen to him because the district attorneys and the judges are not willing to prosecute these type of crimes. • Lacking help from the city, the United Bodegas of America has started a $50,000 fund, supported by contributions from bodega owners across New York City, to help store owners hurt by theft.

Joe Biden and the Deep State are weaponizing government agencies designed to protect our country against foreign threats in order to systematically censor the lawful speech of American citizens. 

Journalists who raised questions about the unconstitutional vaccine mandates were de-platformed from social media at the request of the Biden Administration. 

Joe Biden is funding American research and educational institutions to help advance his Administration’s efforts to censor lawful speech. 

Biden administration officials pressured Big Tech companies to “stop allowing” Americans to question the Administration’s climate change narrative and Green New Deal agenda. 

Joe Biden’s then-Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, bragged from the White House podium that the Administration was “flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread” so-called “disinformation.” 

Joe Biden and his Administration are arguing in court that it has the right to use the “bully pulpit” of the presidency “to seek to persuade Americans—and American companies—to act in ways that the President believes would advance the public interest” when it comes to controlling public discourse in collusion with Big Tech and social media platforms. 

In January 2023, Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith served a warrant on the X platform demanding the company identify millions of account holders who simply interacted with President Trump’s account, a massive breach of privacy and a brazen assault on American values. The DOJ sought and received permission from the judge to keep this warrant secret from the President’s legal team, and now they have this data, raising the ominous specter of what action the weaponized federal government agents will take against these Americans. 

In his AI executive order, President Biden gave a “sweeping mandate” to the Department of Homeland Security – an agency at the center of recent partisan censorship efforts. Biden tasked the agency to focus on critical infrastructure, which includes our electoral system. With Biden’s order, the weaponized agency will continue to expand its efforts to “fight election interference,” which authority the DHS has used to massively interfere with our elections and our democracy. 

Biden’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has acknowledged the department is weaponizing artificial intelligence to target the political speech of American citizens, disguising their efforts as combatting “misinformation,” ‘disinformation,” and “anti-government sentiment.” The federal government is weaponizing AI against American citizens. 

Biden’s IRS authorized agents to visit American taxpayers’ homes to “harass, intimidate, and target” them. 

Joe Biden and Democrats Reject Use of Voter ID to Ensure Free and Fair Elections 

Instead of supporting a federal Voter ID law to stop large numbers of illegal aliens from voting illegally in federal elections, Joe Biden supports Democrat legislation to eliminate Voter ID in every state, which means U.S. elections are not secure against illegal aliens casting ballots, including the eight million illegal aliens who have entered the country during Biden’s presidency. 

Several U.S. cities and fourteen smaller jurisdictions have enacted laws to allow illegal aliens to vote or have pushed for similar measures, including Washington, DC. 

Approximately 12 states, including the national battleground states of Pennsylvania and Nevada, as well as high-population states like New York and Illinois, do not have adequate Voter ID protections for federal elections.

The Clinton campaign funded the Steele dossier, a collection of false allegations about Trump and Russia created by British and Russian intelligence assets, and senior Clinton campaign aide Jake Sullivan publicized the lies. Today Sullivan, a key player in the Russia Hoax, serves as President Biden’s national security advisor. 

The mainstream media worked closely with the weaponized government and partisan Democrats to popularize the fake Russia Hoax. Some even won Pulitzers for their lies, and have no regrets and offer no apologies for lying to the American people. 

While the DOJ special counsel eventually determined no Trump personnel colluded with Russia at all, the partisan-driven Russia investigations succeeded in their primary purpose of interfering with federal government administration by weaponizing the administrative state against a democratically elected president. 

Joe Biden and Democrats Have Broadly Weaponized Government Against Their Political Opponents 

Biden is criminalizing political dissent by putting meme-maker Douglass Mackey in prison. 

Many J6 defendants were prosecuted, convicted, or pleaded guilty to “parading” which is simply an expression of political dissent. 

The Biden Administration has persecuted Catholics and pro-life activists. 

They have labeled parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists. 

They have gone after judges who refuse to rewrite the Constitution 

The Biden DOJ is abusing an obstruction-of-justice offense carrying a 20-year prison sentence to criminalize nonviolent protest at the Capitol on January 6th. The obstruction law was enacted after the Enron scandal to prosecute evidence impairment, but Biden is using it to prosecute political demonstrations. 

Biden's DOJ is selectively prosecuting J6 defendants and not Democrat rioters. The rioters from Summer 2020 could be charged with the exact same offenses used on the J6ers and others, but are not. The double standard proves the Biden DOJ has become a political weapon. 

Nonviolent defendants would normally serve time at minimum security prisons, i.e. Martha Stewart camps. But Biden’s DOJ is blocking nonviolent J6ers from these minimum-security prisons and forcing them into higher-security prisons with drug traffickers, child abusers, and gangs. 

Starting in June 2020, a team of 100 anti-Trump partisans met regularly to “war game” the presidential election. In these planning sessions, prominent Democrats organized pro-Biden alternate electors for the Electoral College, pushed blue states to secede from the union, and took other actions that looked a lot like preparations to steal the election in a “clear Trump win” scenario, including the discussion of using the justice system to destroy “Trumpism” after the election. 

Joe Biden’s Federal Trade Commission (FTC) targeted Elon Musk by demanding all of his internal communications after he purchased Twitter, committed to making it a free speech social media platform, and restored President Trump’s account. 

After the deranged attempt to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in his own home just a few weeks before the Supreme Court handed down the decision overturning Roe v. Wade, 27 House Democrats voted AGAINST a bill to expand security protection for the families of Supreme Court justices—and Joe Biden REFUSED to condemn it. 

Joe Biden has forced his primary opponent Congressman Dean Phillips off the Democrat primary ballot in Florida. 

Biden and his Department of Justice are committing high level election interference by prosecuting the former President of the United States and his chief political opponent in the 2024 election. In the midst of a presidential campaign, Biden allies reinstated a gag order on President Trump, who is beating Biden in all the polls. 

Biden’s Allies Are Trying to Remove President Trump From The Ballot in the Several States 

Every 14th Amendment ballot challenge has met the same fate: dismissal. 

A state court in Michigan dismissed three 14th Amendment ballot challenges brought by a democrat front group. 

Cases in Minnesota and New Hampshire have also been dismissed. 

A federal court in Rhode Island dismissed a frivolous 14th Amendment challenge from a gadfly presidential candidate. 

Colorado State Court ruled in President Trump’s favor, placing him on the 2024 ballot. 

Washington State became the sixth jurisdiction to reject a 14th Amendment ballot challenge. 

Biden is Destroying the Constitutional Right to Attorney-Client Privilege 

Judge Beryl Howell forced Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify to the grand jury about confidential communications with President Trump. 

DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith forced Christina Bobb and Evan Corcoran to testify.  Both defended President Trump in the Mar-a-Lago raid. 

President Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba was called to testify before the DC grand jury. 

DOJ special counsel Jack Smith challenged Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran’s attorney-client privilege. 

The Biden Family Has Received Millions of Dollars in Payments from Foreign Countries, Raising Serious Concern That China and Other Foreign Countries— Not American Voters — are Telling Crooked Joe What to Do. 

There are several instances of Joe Biden and his family receiving payments from abroad while serving as Vice President—and afterward, including from China, without any explanation of services that were provided for such payments. 

The US House Oversight Committee determined Joe Biden lied at least 16 times about his family's foreign business dealings. 

A corrupt Ukrainian natural gas company hired Hunter Biden in June 2014, just weeks before his Vice President father traveled to Kyiv for diplomatic talks with a direct impact on his son’s employer. Hunter was paid about $600,000 a year from 2014 to 2019 as a board director of Burisma - without any experience in energy. 

Regarding Ukraine alone, Federal investigations proved then-Vice President Joe Biden met with his son’s client, copied his son on emails regarding official work impacting his client, and even threatened to withhold US aid if the president of Ukraine did not fire the prosecutor investigating his son’s employer. (He was then fired.) 

A reliable FBI informant later reported Joe Biden received a $5 million bribe from the Burisma founder. 

Just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden was discovered to contain abundant information proving the depth of the Biden Family’s corruption. The Biden campaign, led by now-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, enlisted 51 partisan US national security leaders to claim the laptop was Russian disinformation. The laptop later proved to be real indicating the national security leaders lied with the intention to interfere in the 2020 election. 

Joe Biden is Weaponizing Government to Control the American People 

Democrats and the administrative state do not even remember life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, because they think they know better than average Americans, and they want to tell Americans what we can and cannot have. 

In late November, US car dealers asked President Biden to stop his proposed automobile emissions regulations written to mandate two-thirds of new passenger cars sales are all-electric by 2032. Consumers just aren't interested in EVs and the vehicles are stacking up on their lots. 

President Biden proposed new home appliance rules that would cut water and energy use limits for Americans' dishwashers well below current levels. Critics say the drastic cut will leave families with dirty dishes, but Biden’s team says this is an important part of his “ambitious clean energy agenda to combat the climate crisis.”

ALVIN BRAGG IS GEORGE SOROS’S HAND-PICKED, RADICAL LEFT, DEMOCRAT PROSECUTOR 

• On May 8, 2021, a political action committee backed by billionaire George Soros, Color of Change, endorsed Bragg in the DA race and pledged $1 million to support his election. According to public filings, George Soros made a $1 million donation to Color of Change PAC on May 14. 

• In a 2022 WSJ op-ed, Soros admitted he has “supported the election (and more recently the re-election) of prosecutors” and soft-on-crime district attorneys. 

 

A DEMOCRAT POLITICIAN AT HIS CORE, BRAGG HAS BUILT A CAREER TOUTING HIS PURSUIT OF PRESIDENT TRUMP 

• In 2021, Bragg boasted about investigating President Trump: “The Manhattan District Attorney's office, which I'm running to be, has an investigation...the next Manhattan District Attorney is gonna inherit that investigation, which could be the most important investigation in the history of the country.” 

• During a media circuit following the Trump Organization conviction in December 2022, Bragg said he was “gratified” that the “the broader public got to see the inner workings of the Trump Organization on display.” 

• Bragg proudly declared that he is leading the charge in taking down President Trump, saying: “I think I'm probably the only lawyer in the country who can say, we are right now, prosecuting a criminal case against the Trump organization. When I was in leadership at AG's office, we did the Trump University case. When I was in leadership at AG's office, I led the Trump Foundation team.” 

• Bragg said he was the most qualified candidate to prosecute Trump, saying: “I have a history of doing complex litigation — some of that involving Trump himself — so I led a Trump Foundation case where we sued him and family members and the foundation for their misconduct, led that to a successful conclusion. We also sued the Trump administration over 100 times on programmatic matters from DACA to travel bans and family separation.” 

• According to the New York Times, Bragg “repeatedly brought up his many lawsuits against Mr. Trump and his administration” during his campaign. The article states: “Mr. Bragg, at a Democratic candidate forum in December, cited that lawsuit as one reason he was qualified to oversee the district attorney’s Trump investigation. ‘I have investigated Trump and his children and held them accountable for their misconduct with the Trump Foundation […] It is a fact that I have sued Trump more than a hundred times […] I can’t change that fact, nor would I. That was important work.’” 

• According to The New York Times Magazine: “Bragg told The Wall Street Journal that he ‘certainly’ had more experience with Trump ‘than most people in the world.’ A rival Democrat’s spokeswoman complained that Bragg attacked Trump ‘for political advantage every chance he gets.’”

 

A CRAVEN, AMBITIOUS POLITICIAN, BRAGG IS A SUCKER FOR DEMOCRAT HOAXES

 

In a video posted in May 2019, Bragg along with 10 other former federal prosecutors said they believed that Mueller’s investigation into the Russia Hoax had uncovered more than enough evidence to indict Trump. 

• Bragg stated, “This isn’t even a close case.”

 

When referring to President Trump’s criminal policies, Bragg stated, “He has embraced white nationalism, misconstrued data and engaged in cronyism, and the result has been a parade of horribles.” 

BRAGG’S HISTORY OF INCOMPETENCE 

In July 2022, Bragg dropped the disgraceful murder charge against 61-year-old bodega worker Jose Alba for stabbing an ex-con in an act of self-defense. Alba spent five days on Rikers Island after being assaulted at his own convenience store. 

• Later in December 2022, Bragg declined to prosecute a woman, Tracy McCarter, who stabbed her husband to death. 

• Bragg freed without bail a 16-year-old boy who was filmed brutally assaulting and beating an NYPD cop. 

• Bragg gave a plea deal to a man with grand larceny charge, letting him go without any jail time, so he could later assault a random woman on the street. 

• Bragg downgraded an armed robbery charge to a misdemeanor after a knife-wielding ex-con threatened a drugstore worker. 

• Bragg released without bail a man who attempted to stab Rep. Lee Zeldin at a gubernatorial campaign stop. 

• Bragg is so soft on career criminals that a small group of 10 repeat offenders have a combined total of 500 arrests. 

• Seven NYPD officers were shot in the first weeks of Bragg’s term.

 

THE BRAGG/SOROS AGENDA IN ACTION 

• State Supreme Court judge Diane J. Kiesel blasted Bragg’s decision not to prosecute Tracy McCarter, accusing Bragg of being pressured by his own supporters, as well as those of McCarter’s. Color of Change ran an ad pleading for Bragg to drop the charges. 

• Bragg has donated to Democrat candidates, including Barack Obama and Raphael Warnock. 

• Bragg issued a progressive manifesto on his first day in office directing prosecutors to not seek bail or jail time for criminals, to treat armed robbery as a misdemeanor, ignore retail thefts, to not prosecute people for resisting arrest, and to deny felony charges in several violent attacks. 

• NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell blasted Bragg’s soft-on-crime policies. 

• 65 assistant district attorneys left Bragg’s office in the first half of 2022 after his progressive reforms to the state criminal justice system.

 

BRAGG HAS SPENT MORE TIME CHASING PRESIDENT TRUMP THAN PROSECUTING CRIMINALS IN MANHATTAN 

• New Yorkers are sounding the alarm about a return of “the bad old days,” but Bragg is too obsessed with political vengeance to care. 

• Crime increased 22 percent during Bragg’s first year in office. 

• Bragg, in his first year in office, downgraded more than half of all felonies to misdemeanors. 

• In February 2024, Bragg released illegal aliens who attacked NYPD officers. 

• • Bragg repeatedly refuses to answer questions on why the illegal immigrants accused of brutally attacking NYPD officers were released.

 

LEGAL EXPERTS THINK THE BRAGG’S INDICTMENT IS TRASH 

• Former Asst. U.S. Attorney Andy McCarthy blasted the New York witch hunt against President Trump: "It's a TERRIBLE CASE, but the judge has been pretty much a rubber stamp on everything that Bragg has wanted to do — including his theory." 

• George Washington University Law School Professor Jonathan Turley slammed Bragg's patently political prosecution. "This case could collapse."

 

FINALLY, WHAT’S UP WITH THIS? 

• During his primary election, a woman made a “disturbing allegation” against Bragg. She came forward to Color of Change. The PAC immediately halved its funding to Bragg and the allegation was never disclosed publicly. 

• Bragg hired a PR crisis-management team after taking office.

FACT #1: President Trump did nothing wrong. These charges are entirely fabricated in order to interfere in the election and distract from the failed presidency of Crooked Joe Biden. 

FACT #2: This is the Biden Trial. It is a full-frontal assault on American Democracy in service of the interests of Crooked Joe Biden’s campaign. 

FACT #3: Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg ran for election on prosecuting President Trump. 

FACT #4: This case is almost entirely reliant on the testimony of convicted felon,  disbarred attorney, perjurer and notorious liar, Michael Cohen. 

FACT #5: Michael Cohen filed a legal motion to reduce his federal criminal sentence that cited A.I.-generated and completely fake case law to plead his case. He failed. (Axios, 12/29/23)

Orange County Executive, Steven Neuhaus, tell the New York Post, "this is a failure on all levels of the federal government." He also mentions, "It was one of the most brutal murders that some law enforcement is reporting to us that they've seen."

An illegal immigrant was charged with human trafficking, sodomy, and sexual abuse against a 14-year-old girl. 

Pablo Mendoza, 23 years old, gave alcohol to a 14-year-old girl, incapacitating her and engaging in sexual activities with her. The Coffee and Pike County District attorney describes the incident as a "grooming situation." 

District Attorney Tarbox reported to WDHN that Mendoza was deported from the United States, but illegally returned to the country sometime before the crime took place.

The landlord of the squatters tried to evict them, but they would not cooperate. Neighbors witnessed consistent violence, such as one of the men beating another man with a pipe.

40-year-old Jose Pavon-Fermin of Honduras illegally made his way back into the United States, and was again arrested for disturbing the peace. 

In his 2016 conviction, Fermin was charged with third-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was ordered to serve four and a half years of his 10-year prison sentence in the United States and made to register as a sex offender in the U.S. for the rest of his life. When arrested again in 2023 after being deported, he was illegally residing in the United States and had not registered himself as a sexual offender.

Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested a migrant charged with raping a minor and other sex crimes for the second time after local jurisdiction failed to uphold his immigration detainer. 

A Colombian national was charged with rape and indecent assault and battery of a minor over the age of 14 in Lynn Massachusetts. 

The Colombian national illegally entered the United States and was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on July 3, 2023. He was also enrolled into an "Alternatives to Detention Program" after being arrested. When he was arrested again in January, ERO Boston once again requested an "immigration detainer" but the Essex County Sheriff's Department failed to honor the request.

33-year-old Baltazar Perez-Estrada, murdered his 26-year-old wife, Marciela Simon Franco, following a domestic altercation at her apartment. 

Estrada stabbed Franco dozens of times on her head, neck, body, and hands. Estrada had been residing in Mexico two weeks prior and then illegally entered the United States before the incident. Estrada was charged with First Degree Murder and was charged with illegally being in the United States.

An illegal alien, who has been deported at least 8 times previously, is now being charged with murder in Ohio. 

Fermin Garcia-Guiterrez, 46-years-old, is charged with aggravated murder (premeditated), using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs, and obstructing official business. 

Guiterrez's first arrest was in 2001, since then he has used at least seven different names and three different birthdays to change his identity. He has been charged with over 20 crimes in that time period.
