I that leaders have because they need to have it. They know they're
: not omniscient and omnipresent, but they do their best for the
people around them, and they try as much aspossible to have the big
picture in mind in their decisions.
I have a picture of a galaxy that I often look at because it keeps
mefocused on how small my problems are in comparison to those of
the universe. It gives me perspective, and then suddenly I don't
seem pressured. I remain responsible to my family and to my
employees and businesses, but I know that while I am famous and
successful, there is a power that is far greater than I am. Faith keeps
you going with confidence and keeps you humble at the same time.
