First of all , I'd sayto be grateful if you are already rich. Then I'd
say, be careful. Then I'd say, have a lot of fun.
That's what I'm doing. Right now, I'm in Los Angeles at the
Beverly Hills Hotel with my beautiful wife, Melania, and our baby
son, Barron, and we are having a wonderful time. The weather,
accommodations and food are fantastic here, and Alberto del Hoya
takes good care of us.
I'm here to shoot the sixth series of The Apprentice. Mark
Burnett and his wife, Roma, live in Los Angeles, and my daughter,
Tiffany, will have a graduation ceremony this week, so while I'm a
New Yorker, this is a pretty nice way to live and a wonderful place
to be.
Not too far away is Palos Verdes, on the Pacific Ocean, which is
where my spectacular new golf course, Trump National Golf Club /
Los Angeles, is. I'll be making regular visits and playing some golf,
and the new estate homesoverlooking the golf course and the ocean
are just about ready. These are exceptionally beautiful residences.
I have a lot of projects going on, and that's one of the reasons I
am rich. I make the most of my wealth. There's nothing like it if you
want to get things done. I'm not happy unless I'm busy making deals
and learning new things. We are setting up a Trump Productions
