                  get a ton of fan mail these days, and a large percentage of it is
               Ifrom people asking for advice. Sometimes entire classrooms
               will send me their questions. I’ve decided to include a few of
               these questions with my responses.


                   1. How do you handle the person who consistently makes
                      the same mistakes over and over?
                      I don’t. They’re working for someone else now.

                   2. What is the most important characteristic of a good
                      leader?
                      Discipline. It helps if everyone has it, but if a leader
                      doesn’t, he or she won’t be one for very long.
                   3. What are the most important steps for someone who
                      intends to be successful?
