                Early  in  my  career,  a  leader  in  our  company  told  me  that  “sales  is  a
                profession” and “sales is as hard as any job in the company.” He added that
                there  must  be  a  sale  in  order  for  the  production  employees  to  have

                anything to do.


                   Everyone in the company should have the skills of a salesperson.


                                   Nothing happens until a sale is made
