something or someone you'd actually like to be.
Notice I said "give yourself" in the above paragraph. Very often,
the only person who will give you a chancewill be yourself. Too many
people want the status quo to remain the same, and that status quo
will include you. But you have the ability to change that. First of all,
you're taking the time to read this book, so I already know you are
capable of moving beyond mediocrity or whatever might be holding
you back. None of us should willingly join the lowest common
denominator, which in many cases turns out to be the easy road.
Those with uncommon lives have moved beyond the common.
Life and business can be combative. It can be a battle. But make
sure you choose to fight the good fight - and get away from futile
battles and battlegrounds as quickly as possible. Do not live or use
your energy in vain.
Remember: Write your own script. Then produce it yourself and
find yourself living the way you want to. That's freedom, that's
power and that's winning.
