                   priced in the same range as those shown in Exhibit  15.1  (residential as well as
                   offices, retail, mobile home parks, self-storage, industrial, etc.). Many of these

                   properties sell for $100 per square foot (or less) and will produce positive cash
                   flows with a down payment of 20 percent. Get away from the high-priced
