                       The Company
                     The Beading Café is a new company that will provide a community
                     environment for avid bead lovers of all skill levels. Located in Brookline
                   Village, the company will offer regular and frequent classes, and will sell a
                   comprehensive selection of beads from around the world, tools, fi ndings,
                   supplies, and fi nished beaded jewelry from our own inventory and on
                   consignment.
                       Our value proposition for our customers is based on the creation of
                   a magnetic, aesthetic, friendly atmosphere. Repeat customers will come
                   for the camaraderie, for the learning experience, and to create their own
                   beautiful beadwork. In a gracious 2,000 square-foot setting, supplies
                   and work tables will be available, in addition to continuous free tea,
                   honey, mint, and lemon. Sandwiches, salads, gourmet coffees, pastries,
                   and other snacks will be available for sale. Skilled teachers will be re-
                   tained on an as-needed basis. When classes are not being held, videos
                   will be shown so that regular customers can learn on their own as they
                   purchase the needed supplies. There will be background music for aes-
                   thetics. The company will expand through acquisitions, new stores, and
                   franchises.
